How do I show one of your properties that is listed in the MLS?

If you are a real estate agent and you have access to the MLS listing, check out the Private Remarks or Broker Remarks field on the listing. There will be precise showing instructions in this field.

Since we are a flat fee MLS service, our sellers are responsible for scheduling showings. So in almost all of our listings, you will be able to call the seller directly to schedule an appointment.
